If i get much more excited about this i may physically explode.

Ive been up past 2am each night trawling for info, pics, rumours, reviews, anything. If this plays out how i think it does it will be absolutely perfect.
You don't have a girlfriend do you.
don't try dragging me into your personal hell.
It's ok , Rich1231 prefers hunting for 'girlfriends' on the interweb forums trying to impress them with moronic comments

Just watched The Dark Knight. I am sooooo ready for Friday. Gonna be the longest week ever, and i've started looking for info on DKR, but not really finding much so far. They've really done a great job of keeping it under wraps.

If Tom Hardy portrays Bane even half as good as Heath Ledger's Joker, we are gonna be in for a treat.

I just saw the making of The Dark Knight, and you can see how hard everyone worked, especially with the heavy IMAX cameras. What an achievement. And this could be better...I can't wait. bounce

90%+ sure ive got the ending to this straight now.

Theres going to be a lot of manly sniffing/colds in the audience.

It really depends on what you want to have as the ending. It's only now thinking about this film that i realise what a huge influence the character has had throughout my childhood.

It's just a shame they dont do batsuits for foxes.

GIVE ME YOUR SUIT!!

I am sorry for the loss you suffered at such an early age, and I hope you get some pills for your deep layered psychosis.

All the best chum!

If I watch this in Imax am I going to spend the whole film looking here there and everywhere instead of actually following the story?

This thread is about to turn into page after page of red boxes isn't it?

No, it is immersive.
Don't sit at very front though.

Of the IMAX screens I have been to in Scotland, Edinburgh Fountain Bridge & Glasgow Science Centre; the GSC one is better. Not sure if it is bigger or just a different layout but the screen actually extends slightly below your foot level.

I read the IGN review this morning. Thankfully it didn't contain any spoilers, but it did say

that if your favourite film of the two so far is Batman Begins, then you will love this. If you prefered The Dark Knight then it isn't going to top that.

So I'm expecting more of a film that focuses on Bruce Wayne dealing with being Batman rather than the action fest of TDK. Not a bad thing...

Also, I wasn't aware that this is set 8 years after TDK!

Amusing little bit of the guardian review.

"bane can't believe it. He thinks it's impossible and says as much, gazing in horror at the illuminated bat sign that signals his enemy's return. "Impoffobubble" he says"

The trailers I've seen at the cinema certainly rendered bane literally unintelligible to me (not got the best hearing) and while they are supposed to have cleaned up the sound from test screenings/response to trailers, it sounds like they could have done more.
