Breitling

I like the look of the Transocean Chronograph Unitime but prefer the look of it with the black face and a blue leather strap. I am guessing I would have to order that from a dealer. Any idea how long you would have to wait?

I've got a small Colt that the missus now wears. For something so shiny it isn't too bad on the scratches. I like them but find they look massive on my wrists.

This is the one thing I am concerned about as for a man I have very skinny wrists.

To be fair for me its more how they look with work shirts. I may look like the Fresh Prince at weekends but 9-5 I look like Carlton at work and a big shiny Breitling is a bit much.

I'd agree - when it was my main watch, my SuperOcean was worn daily for over a decade. Took loads of abuse and just kept bouncing back for more. Usefully, unlike some other watches, the SS case seems pretty robust. Have one or two that seem to get scratched just by people looking at them.

I like some Breitling, the aerospace is a nice watch, wears well, keeps good time and for the job it was intended, works very well.
The chronospace and super ocean I like too but you can keep the rest - too bling.

That was exactly my problem, very small in the wrist department (God knows why, I do more than my fair share of wrist exercises I can tell you), so I got one of the smaller Colts. Love it, superb piece.

i find some of the bentley models a bit ott,but i thought the navitimer design dated back to the 1950's,it can hardly be accused of being modern bling.i think it's one of the most iconic watch designs ever.

I have an Evolution and an early 1992 B13019 Navitimer. I think they are great both to look at and wear.

I have fairly skinny wrists but don't find either too large.

Some Breitlings are bling e.g the ones with diamond bezels and jewelled hour markers but many aren't. You pays your money....

The Heritage gains just under one second a day and the Omega 2, as checked against an Radio Atomic £10 clock from Lidl!

Just bought myself a new Superocean 44 with the red accent with SS bracelet and have ordered and reserved the black/red leather strap (from the new Superocean M2000) from Beitling Singapore, will get that fitted when i go over in September. Will get some pictures up here when its fitted.

I really like the Superocean 44 and Superocean Heritage 46, hopefully making my mind up in the next few weeks. They look really well made, very robust just like my PO. I have a Tag Aquaracer which is a total dog, after 15 months of painful ownership the retailer has offered a full exchange to another make! Very happy about this as these Breitlings look great.

I have skinny wrists too but here my beaten up old colt bought 18 years ago and worn every day(enginneer so takes some abuse)



I hate big blingy watches, this is a cracking every day watch
