I once confused a young friend in Hampshire by saying one night that I could see the moon too - he seemed puzzled as I was two-hundred miles away. Ah bless..

Morning all.

Something needs to be done about the traffic getting into Amsterdam. Ridiculous even by bike.

I'm pleased to say, on their own initiative, they have assembled in the car park to sing my personal anthem.

We're fine.

Oh! Hang on! They've just moved on to the Party Anthem!

TT We Love You is so moving.

Wish you were here to, er, hear.

Morning.

A bloody tired morning.

There you are, minding your own business, fast asleep at 4am, and then some drunken happy campers decide it would be a good idea to put their stereo on, crank it up to full volume, and give 'Anton aus Tirol' a ten minute blast 500 yards away from your bedroom bloody windowlaugh

:brickwall:

irked

I've tired of hearing my people singing to me, so I've closed the windows and am about to launch into Julie Driscoll and the Brian Auger Trinity’s This Wheel’s On Fire.

They'll understand.

No, I'm sorry to say you spent the night in the doorway of the fishmonger's.

Drat. Will it ever be the same?

I've checked and your hat-wearing visage isn't on the front pages. I'll venture into the gossip pages later when I've summoned the strength.

Passwords for the guardhouse today 'Pink Elephant'.

Now, we are expecting several drops of manure from the local farms. Be on alert for a small chap, dark tash and a limp. He's after wanting the tartan paint and propeller eleastic ands.

Remember: be safe out there.
