Looking at the weather I suspect it may be game over for sunday. I'm already having to phone Knockhill and cancel my trackday on Saturday (3rd time in a row rain has stopped play!). If by some miracle the weather clears I'll be there on Sunday. If it doesn't then count me in for whatever the rescheduled date is.

You should definitely come out on Sunday if you can then. Enjoy the bike before the gavel falls.

it's a day out to the court anyway for that speed
I got caught doing 94 mph in a 1.2 L punto I was told over 95 is court appearance
the thing only had a book speed of 93 work that out.
lucky though

Golden rule

m8, don't speed if late

23rd May is the beginners trackday (i.e. 3 or less)... I think it was me that tried to organise it wasn't it?

Unless work fks me over I'll be there with the usual weather caveat.

Just spotted this on the BBC website:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-south-scotla...

Police will be out to check that we are riding safely this weekend, which is very kind of them.

Also, weather wise, things look to be improving for Sunday, although it looks like Moffat will have a better day than, say, Crieff.

Just saying.

I'm cancelling the run out this Sunday.

rain is forecasted and no is interested.

hardly worth doing an annual national get together if 6 people show up. 1 of them is me and ones my bloody dad I'd only meet 4 new members.

I'll propose the 9th of June and hope more will show/better weather.

if that's the same the fk it.

That's exactly how I'm felling with the NW ones.

Start a thread get a list of names long as your arm, come the time less and less people keep up with the thread/or ignore it and its the same old faces come the meet.

I'll hopefully be back from offshore China soon and picking up a new (to me) Street Triple, so 9th June is a possibility. Only been out on my bike once in the past 7 months due to weather/work/other commitments, so will no doubt be uber rusty/wobbly (got my excuse in early!).

Would be my first and last Scottish run for a while though, as I'm moving from Glasgow to Wales in July for a year!

Considering there hasn't been a meet of any kind in recent times I'd have thought 6 attendees would have been a good start!

I never put my name down on the list because I couldn't make this weekend but I'm often out and about on my bike. I live at the start of the Moffat road just outside Penicuik so anybody Edinburgh way fancy an evening jaunt down to Moffat when the weather is nice let me know!
