Do make sure you spread treatment properly - either with a spreader or by dividing the lawn up and dong a tablespoon at a time. Dont walk along sprinkling the box from side to side like I did - you just end up with some very lush green zigzags in your lawn hehe

It's all about the application, you need to know how big your lawn is, I've seen lots of lawns that the owner has used a box that covers 100sqm. on a 50 sqm lawn. Bye bye lawn

I was under the impression that as a rule of thumb the ambient temperature of the soil etc. needed to be over 8 degrees C.

Might be bullst or an old wives tale but who knows!
That's my understanding, too, but I may be getting confused with Winter tyres.

Lidl's currently have cheap lawn scarifiers... smile
Have you got a linky, I can't find them and could do with one. Atco QX20 scarifier attachments are a bit pricey!

Lol. Yes, make sure you go across and down. It's worth being thorough.

8 really. Minimum.

If you haven't scarified, top dressed and overseeded yet, then you need to do ASAP or you'll miss the window.

Green Thumb....no....in my experience an utter waste of money. They were trying to scarify a neighbours lawn at the end of November !. Terrible.

Granular is a longer lasting fert, but I use a liquid, sea weed based fert mixed with sea weed extract and Primo Max. Get it from Sherriif Amenity...Primo Max costs a. Fortune but inhibits growth, thickening lawn and strengthens leaf sword. You only need 3-4% added in mix.

I apply through a Bowcom GMX line marker, with chemical boom attached.
