Also, at the end of April I saw X1 on a fifties, or maybe sixties, Bentley Continental in Hendon for the Bonhams auction. Unfortunately, he was leaving as I was arriving and I didn't manage to get a pic. It was spot on; driver, car and plate all looked as if they had seen a bit of life.

When I looked it up in the evening, the number is logged as being on a Mercedes A170. Foo.
