.

Took these two last pics a few weeks ago. The blade pictured used to belong to the man himself, 'Mr Mcguiness'.

How many miles has it done in total and how many with you Angus ?

Great old spitters these boxers
Now done 43K miles. I have done 16K miles on it.

Never thought I'd like it as much as I do. Engine is a shocker, but the chassis is great smile

It says it all that you chose it for a ride out today over the mad Jock Mcmad S1000RR though.

One of the most beautiful bikes I think I have ever seen..
Not very practical for the UK is it though?
No mudguards = lots of mud on the rider!!

If that makes £3500 then my old 900SS will make £4k + !!!!

A really good original GS750 would struggle to get to £3.5k

S1000RR needs tyres! biggrin Valky has no tax.

Enjoyed a leisurely bimble looking very sensible with my goretex and white Arai.

Al, do me a favour. I never thought I would ride a bike like this for fun, so do me favour? If I hint joining IAM please, do the right thing.. Kill me. Kill dead. Deal? biggrin

Have you grown a beard yet or bought a flip front helmet ? Those are steps on the downward spiral to IAM membership. I will keel you if you sway towards those.

Great. Here I am thinking it could not get worse than the smugness and bellendery flipfronted beardy IAMers display and you ratchet it up to another level of horror. Thanks a bunch. Scooters. great. I'll sleep well tonight... tongue out

The engine builder somewhat over did the sealant... I hope none has got into the engine...

I noticed that to. You would have thought that with all the time & effort gone into this project he would have fitted a proper gasket set. But the red sealant does kind of set it off.

First ride of the year onto Exmoor this morning. Beautiful and quiet, although the Kamikaze sheep seem to have survived the winter in large numbers.
