Youth final itv4 again tonight Gents.
Yeah, I should be home in time to catch the 2nd half. From the sounds of it, we're taking around 3000 fans to Chelsea. Awesome support for an u18's game. The city's on a high after yesterday, so who knows what will happen tonight.

No mention on the BBC main news sport report. I have a funny feeling if the other team had one it would have been on the sports reports.
I think it fantastic that 3000 went on a week night.
We must have one of the best sets of supporters
Yeah, shame there's not been much media coverage, I guess the Man C news has overshadowed everything else.I think it fantastic that 3000 went on a week night.

Great away following last night, to be fair it was a good turn out from Chelsea too. 17000 I think in total. Great experience for the kids. Hopefully we'll see a few break into the first team in the next few years. Morris, the Murphys, Toffolo and Mcgeehan have all looked very good over the 2 games. Shame the goalie isn't our player.
New kit out today too. I like it.

Bosh, 4-1 on agg. Great play from the U18's.
Been a really good final. I think over the 180 mins, we've just wanted it more. Chelsea have, perhaps slightly better players technically, but the hearts of these Norwich kids are hooooge.
Well done Neil Adams and the academy

I don't know where that result came from but I never thought we would finish 11th four weeks ago. A good finish in the end and we have a bit to buld on for next season. At least we should score more goals with RVW joining. I think we need to tighten up the defence and maybe get in a creative midfielder also.
Midfield is where we've struggled this year. I think we need to invest quite heavily in the midfield. Another striker, (Hooper?) a lb, and 1 or 2 versatile squad players. I think most of the defense is ok, Bennett finally seems to be coming good, Bassong, Turns, Martin, Whittaker, Garrido, Bennett, a new LB and maybe get Tofolo involved a bit more, he looks a prospect.
Sure to be a very interesting summer.

I was working yesterday and did not find out the result until about 9pm.
The bbc mobile website did not even mention the game!
There was no way 3 weeks ago that I thought we would finish 11th.
How much extra is each place worth this year. Hopefully the squad will be strengthened with some good signings.
A really good result with some good goals

At half-time Wigan .v. Swansea I was convinced we were down- what a difference over a couple of games. It was £4.5m difference between 17th and 11thHow much extra is each place worth this year. A really good result with some good goals

....all hopefully allocated to get some more quality in to supply RvW- who bagged a couple in his last game for Sporting yesterday too. darren f said:

Simeon Jackson, Korey Smith, Marc Tierney and Elliott Ward are among 10 players released by the club in close season- all were significant contributors in our rise from D1 to PL, I wish them well
. Also sad to see Tom Adeyemi will not be offered a new contract for 13/14, another who showed real promise, but never really 'kicked on'. I hope that is one decision we don't eventually regret.

we need to be looking at signing from Premier league teams, or teams from the top leagues in Europe. I don't think we can look at the championship or league 1 anymore, unless they are very young.
Disagree with you there, i'd like to see us keep signing the young and hungry British players from the lower leagues. The likes of Luke Murphy, Harry Forrester or Liam Bridcutt could make the step up and do well in my opinion. The majority of our Transfer budget need to go on a proven striker from Europe or Hooper or Rhodes to take some pressure of RVW. Then i'd be happy to go with, New striker, RVW, Holt, Becchio as our four for next season. Interesting summer ahead anyway. OTBC!Whilst I agree in principal with what you say, I think the players from the lower leagues can only take us so far. Our objective next season, will once again be to stay up. I wouldn't say we've been lucky with how the signings from lower leagues have done for us, but I think a bit of experience is needed to help us out, especially in the midfield. Very few teams have managed to regularly stay up by constantly signing champ and L1 players.
