Very nice, an impressive weight saving there! I would like to get my EK4 to same sort of level over the next 12-18 months.

yes dc5 calipers bolt straight to ep3 stubs ,honda s2000 brake discs to get offset right and pagid blue pads witrh inner pad thinned down slightly to fit ,a cheap conversion really only need to buy a pair of used dc5 calipers and honda s2000 discs ,master cylinder doesnt even need changing no long pedal etc

No shouldn't need to, the DC5 uses the same MC as far as I know. Also, from what I've seen, the actual piston area is smaller on the Brembos than it is on the stock calipers!

swapped front calipers from rear of front to in front of front wheel ,better position for braking effect and cooling

Wow your upgrades are a bit few and far between. How are you getting on with it? I just won a the local National Touring Car Championship this year with my EP3. Its an absolute beast of a platform, so much so that the other guys think I have some sort of engine changes LOL!

Understand where you're coming from, however a full face helmet will always provide better protection in the event of a crash from smashed glass and from any foreign objects entering the car.
