Any chance of an invite to the Showroom Floor? Have told Mrs kprm77 to get her own PH login, but she wants to piggy back off mine! No worries if this is no good for access.
Very interesting to see it from the other side. Customers arrived 2 hours late for an appointment just as they were closing up at the weekend. Luckily they did buy - I'm sure she'll have many occasions like this in the future when they don't buy..
Oh yes, ten to four on a Sunday is their fave time for coming to look and talk! If they don't seem serious, I am guilty of sacking them off. Very interesting to see it from the other side. Any VAG people on here, have you ever seen a car coming off PCP getting re-registered to VWFS Remarketing on the V5? By that I mean said car had one owner who financed through PCP and handed back to VWFS at the end of the term, and somehow its ended up now registered to VWFS. This means it has an extra keeper listed on the V5 than it otherwise should if that makes sense. Trying to find out if someone has made a mistake or if this is normal...
Dont suppose anyone fancys giving me an invite into the restricted car salesman section, 10years in the trade etc
.......if not I will be deeply upset and spend the rest of the week crying in the back of an Astra (atleast the lack of spare wheel will give some more leg room whilst in there).

I am in the market for a TT so have been keeping an eye on AT on a daily basis for a few months now
A few of the cars which have been for sale for months / weeks now have started going up in price by around £100-£200 per week recently.
I would of thought if there's been no interest in the car long term - to get interest it would need to go the other way.
What's the reason behind this? So they it can be "discounted" further if someone does actually rock up to look at it?
Just wondered!
Cheers!

ThanksThought it would be pretty low :-(
Is that Glass's or just your estimate?
Parkers say about £1000 so they are about right for once :-)

Glasses is just a guide, if you get any more than a grand it will be against an overpriced car, or against something the dealer is desperate to move on .
Ok thanks, all useful to know.Cost to change is the bottom line I suppose.
Whether you try to reduce the price of the car you are buying or getting more for your part ex.

Quick question for you guys. How easy/hard is it to hand a car back half way through your finance agreement?
I currently have an R56 Mini Copper S and have had nothing but bother with it from day one. It is clearly a Friday afternoon car, an utter lemon. We have pretty much had enough of it now and as we are still in negative equity cannot yet trade it without getting bent over. I looked at getting a loan and clearing the finance to sell privately but as I have no faith in the car I wouldn't like to pass it on to someone. We have since had a little one and not only is the car unfit for purpose but we could do with freeing up some money from the monthly payments.
Just wanted some advice.
Cheers

Not bothered about colour, condition etc, just wanting to see if there are any major issues with them.
The fortwo's seem to chew engines for fun.
