Excellent news. I have the first one (movie version) on DVD and it's hilarious.

I can't believe 'Welcome to the Places of my Life' won a BAFTA, it was the worst Coogan output I've seen. I felt Mid Morning Matters was much better. oh well.

Tristram Shandy is very good, especially if you have read the book.

Alpha Papa trailer - http://www.denofgeek.com/movies/alan-partridge/259...

He's gone back in time again it seems, he looks 20 years younger than he did on his last series.

Don't really like the look of it either.

The BBC have uploaded (from what I can remember) the first two seasons of Alan P to Youtube, where he's working on the radio and living in the travel tavern. Can't remember names I'm afraid!

Must admit I've really been enjoying the Partridge double bill on Gold each Sunday evening recently, the series where he's in the hotel.

This Sunday it's the one with the stalker. hehe

Mid Morning Matters was great. The best AP stuff of late is the I, Partridge book though. Get the audiobook version. Classic Partridge.

That was Central ITV, the one that got banned (so at least one episode is on YouTube of course).
