Make your own - delicious stuff... but otherwise :-

Read what?I don't really care what's in it. In reality everything is a "chemical" in some form. Ben & Jerry's tastes great and whatever ingredients are in it won't make any significant contribution to my death. Certainly no more than the refined sugar in your home-made ice cream, or the full cream with all its cholesterol. I'm sure your ice cream tastes fab, but I simply don't have the time or inclination to spend time making it myself!
And I love Ben & Jerry's new flavour :
