That's really not that bad. Bit far out from the kerb but it is a pretty wide car and a narrow space...

Does this count;

New Mayor Crashes Car Into Tesco

http://www.itv.com/news/anglia/2013-05-22/new-mayo...

And shouldn't a mayor be wafting about in an XJ or something - and not a Vectra with a tow bar? (misguided TV preconceptions I guess)

Perhaps he thought Tesco Express was like a McDonalds Drive-through?

Drive round the supermarket and pay at a little window at the end.

He did manage to get it nicely between the doors and the autodoors are open...like he waited for the sensor to activate then, then drove in.

Many mayors (the town mayor type rather than the directly elected type) are pretty much just ceremonial positions, I don't think there is any pay - travel expenses maybe and the odd dinner.

You have to remember he's a NEW mayor. You just don't get handed an XJ straight away. You have to work your way up to that!

Rather like the Mayor who somehow managed to drive his car into his local Tesco - without any damage to the car or the store - earlier this week.

He actually drive right in to the store through the front door saying that 'the brakes failed' & 'the doors opened automatically' so I carried on!!!

Amazing.

This is my odd ball neighbours path parking they do sometimes. I swear the paranoid about car damage totally blocked the path. They then have check moan at council I park to close in 2nd picture when can open doors fully and third they live on other side of road.

Since community support told them stop sending me notes not got any more haha. They rarely leave either I think they cant bare to loose the space rather pathetic really. I think they like to see there car as there tyres got slashed once over there side as he was racist. I know parking probs common but first time ever really had it where I lived. I give up trying to understand some people. Our spaces are quite large so gap next me on other side bigger then for them and think it annoys them haha but me and other neighbour like the extra space, they have cheek to say may hit my car if park to close. I cant help the guy is rather obese I do wonder how they cope in car parks, park across two bays I expect rolleyes

My head hurts after reading that smile
