I thought the same, many looked like their bike. They'd get of an er5 or a bandit and you'd think meh. bland. then you'd get the ones that looked like a yamaha diversion that had seen a fair few winters.

On monday at Callander however I seen a wee 5ft blonde with a one piece on and just a vest underneath she was fantastic riding a wee vfr400.

Errr, why would you do that?

It was designed for old iron blocks and non pressurised systems, particularly where the engine isn't frequently used. None of which are probably relevant for your car? It's also really expensive versus water and some coolant, doesn't work if you need to top up on route somewhere with water for some reason, will then need replacing completely which is getting really expensive - unless of course you now carry some with you everywhere . . I just don't see the advantages in this stuff, it's being pushed a lot on forus and the internet currently, but can't see the advantage, can you enlighten me?

Volkswagen do a very good lifetime/longterm coolant designed specifically for ally blocks, cavitation damage in an engine is probably as much to do with available flow as it is water versus this stuff . .. Call me a cynic, I just don't see the advantages versus the costs.

Willing to be converted by your arguments . ..

New engine casing, new exhaust and a bit of paint should see the bike as good as new.
