I used to live in Malaysia where people driving at high speed on the hard shoulder is a lot more common than in the UK.

What is also common in Malaysia is innocent road users who have broken down in the hard shoulder getting killed when the stupid selfish f@@k speeding on the hard shoulder collides with them. People got killed regularly from this.

If you drive fast on the hard shoulder, people get killed, it is that f@@king simple.
