It has Sceptre (stainless)wheel trims. Perhaps that explains the price?

Good Lord. I've seen some optimistic nonsense on eBay, but that really does take the biscuit. I can't begin to imagine how he thinks anyone will believe an old Arrow is worth more than £5k even in concours condition.
27 offers, all declined seems to suggest it isnt.

I used to work on Hunters for a taxi firm back in the 70's. Pretty dire, but amazingly tough. We got a clutch change down to 40 mins.
When we were a bit quiet, we used to call in the grottiest one and give it an overhaul. Recon short block, new clutch, overhaul the gearbox, new struts and rear shox, new rear springs, new brakes, rebuilt seats, etc. and if needed a quick coat of paint. all done in a day!! 4 people working on it...

I remember doing some part time work for a body shop in about 1972 and I was tasked to repair a 2-year old Hunter where the sills had rotted out. I could hardly believe that a car could actually rot that quickly!
