Super unleaded or not?

I stuck 50L in last night so will measure the different over the next few days!

I've had 6 years of running super but have now changed to ordinaire apart for TDs.

have not got a clue on mpg and always use unleaded

my smart car averages 57 mpg, up and down m11 always at legal speed limit :-)

OK, so we know whats BEST to use in our Chims but what CAN we use, will cheaper unleaded be OK and not harm anything under the bonnet!

Anthony you may laugh but I nearly got caught out by a brabus smart car, it overtook me at 100 mph on the m11, I of course was only going 69 and a half :-)
The smart car has another 5 cylinders to go I think to be a v8, more chance of v 8 all the pies

My friends smart car does 140 mph! It's on Nos!! He is a complete nutter mind. I don't believe him but he swears it's true!!

I hope it's not too windy when he does it, as mine wanders all over the place when it gets hit by the wind and at higher speeds, scary but fun. 140 Blimey

I put V Power in mine, it does seem more responsive compared to standard fuel, but most importantly 99RON produces far more flames, pops and bangs on the overrun.
