There is a massive Azores high at the moment, and it's looking likely to give us a bit of summer late June/early July.
Chaps. On the BBQ front. What wood should one use if one wanted to do some slow and indirect cooking? I'm thinking of ribs and probably a beer can chicken. Both would be in my 57cm Outback dome BBQ.
I don't suppose, by any chance that all the spare off cuts I have from decking my yard last year would be of a suitable type?
