Dougie,

i see there is only a few spaces left, is this just a counter for people who wish to run or spectators as well?

Not a limit on spectators ( within reason ) but you still need to register everyone inc spectators

Wild Idea for those going to TR.

once TR there is the option for a short trip up cost for a small forum meet at the famous Aldeburgh Fish and Chip Shop, that serves some of the best (if not the best) fish and chips in the UK
