The architecture looks Dutch but the landscape doesn't, a bit hilly for Holland perhaps?

I think this has to be 'warm'. Buildings look relatively newly built but in an old style. USA surely...

I noticed one looks like a transit van so that rules out the USA, I'm going back to my idea it is somewhere in the Netherlands
