Thankyou for your kind words,
The Lupo conversion was done my by my fair self, and cost me a mind blowing £46 for the lights and I just used some fibreglass, filler and sealant.
The bodywork and paint was done by a local firm in Eastbourne called A J Crompton.
Not sure on the price as it was done on the insurance, but I have asked previously and it was a good price.
I did wait a long time for it and I had to take it back to him or a couple of small issues, but I am really happy and will use him again if needed.
I think the lupos suit blue cars or darker colours in general. I am biased though as l have them fitted, they look great when fitted correctly which not many places can do. Heath at x works, willow who don't fit them anymore and Steve edwards. By doing them yourself you can take your time and get it right. What's the old addange, measure twice cut once smile

I once heard a carpenter say "I have a sign above the door that says, I have cut it twice and it still doesn't fit".

Not one of your best photos Yoichi. I really don't like this latest fashion for using a very shallow depth of field. It makes the car look like a 1:80 model.

Is it? I'll have to read up about it. I've seen it done in lots of car pictures on Pistonheads over the last year so I assumed it's a new fashion.

It's called Tilt Shift photography and produces pictures that appear like miniature models.

Quite funny - tilt shift is used to make models/dioramas look real, and real objects look like models!

This is all turning into a scene from the borrowers, albeit in slightly faster machines.
