Mexican keeper was brilliant!

This Brazil team are bloody awful. Based on what I've seen so far, they've no chance of winning this.
The Mexican keeper just got booted out by his club and is out of contract. He is playing for his financial life wink

Brazil right now are not a classic team. And Neymar is overrated. But it is hard to see anyone beating them at home, in hot weather. Only Italy, Germany or Argentina really have a realistic chance -- and none of those are classic teams, either.

Really? Croatia were doing the business against them. Just they got a dodgy penalty and their keeper was awful letting everything in. Every team that has played Brazil so far looks like it had a good chance of winning. They look extremely vulnerable. Brazil may not even finish the group in first, but they could end up playing Spain or Chile in the next round and i'm not willing to write off the spanish team based on one game.

Classic bullst

Italy doesn't stand a chance and Argentina are too weak in their defence and on top of that Messi is out of shape.

It's going to be Germany or Brazil.

erm...the men in Orange?

Italy are pants, there's no pace in that team. I wouldn't be surprised if Costa Rica end up beating them.

More appalling goalkeeping, a recurring theme in this game.

It's quite funny how this late games always tend to get good towards the end.

Eh? Balotelli has no pace? I thought they were fantastic against England; they always deliver in the world cup.
I'm not sure fantastic is correct. decent is perhaps more apt.

And they either run hot or cold at the WC:

2010 - didnt get out the group stage
2002 - Last 16
1998 - QF

Mexican keeper - 1st player to have his value increased ridiculously due to performance in World Cup - soon to be seen warming the bench in a lower echelon Premier league team after putting in numerous poor performances.

I'd agree with this - he had a great game, of which some was more lucky than judgement. Although his Neymar header save was top drawer.

Looking forward to that one and hoping the Australians help my fantasy team out by shipping 17 RVP goals.
