According to mine I can ride a moped. Wow I've never done so and have little clue how to. Is it an error?
Probably not if you passed your test before 1.2.2001agtlaw said:

m, It seems to not have my class 2 entitlement on there. Bit of a pest since I drive an 18 ton lorry as a job.
I would check your license and see if it is on there, otherwise you are not able to drive the truck as far as I can gather. It has been known for them to remove categories and insist you resit the test to get it back.
Have you changed address or paper to photo license recently?

Probably worth checking on Monday though, I think I will phone them, that will be fun.

The categories shown online for me do not match my licence. I have C1 and D1 on my old paper licence but they are not shown online. However, C1+E and D1+E *are* shown online. That makes no sense at all. I'd say that that the online data is wrong.
That may be because the +e requirement was new from 1997 (prior to that you could tow automatically), therefore it won't show on your paper license. C1+E encompasses C1 (since +E is a modifier)chriscpritchard said:

OK. If that's correct then I still have my full entitlement. Thanks for the explanation.My paper licence actually says B, C1, D1, B+E, C1E, D1E, F, K, L, N, P and was issued in 1995.
Note: C1E and D1E as opposed to C1+E and D1+E so I guess that kinda fits what you say. But why not BE as opposed to B+E? No wonder people get confused and mistakes get made.
I have submitted a query to DVLA about it and will wait to see what they come back with.

We are losing the tax disc ?
Blimey we've had it for decades.
Am I the only one that will miss it.

I find it ridiculous that in 2014 we still have to stick bits of paper in our windscreens to inform onlookers that we have paid our required fees.
I remove everything I can from car windows as I hate the tacky cluttered look. Supplying dealer stickers, alam/immobilizer stickers, Porsche Club type stickers, etc and thankfully my windscreen can be totally free of rubbish once the tax disc goes...

I haven't seen any threads on it, but this has gone live:

I think that's cool. A much better explanation of what exactly I can drive than trying to decipher the card/paperwork.
The T&Cs requests permission for the DVLA to hook up with HMRC/DWP to cross-reference records ...which suggests DVLA/HMRC/DWP aren't already connected, or require express permission to connect.https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
