I spotted a white Lotus Exige S, was the new shape driving through Ford End, I'm the one who gave a flash and wave
That was me I'm normally in something 'interesting' and use that road daily so keep your eyes peeled Your 147 looked fantastic (I worked for Alfa Romeo when they were current!), I'll have to keep an eye out for the 75 now too

I keep seeing a vivid lime green Scooby with a black bonnet travelling between Westerham and Edenbridge on weekday mornings about 0900. Anyone on here? If so I'll give it a wave next time!
See it around Bromley town centre in the evenings regularly. Is it the same one that was blasting "tunes" at the grasshopper meet earlier this year?

And thanks, I'm down that road most days so I'll keep an eye out
I use the GTA daily even though I have a green Classic Subaru Impreza Estate WRX in green with gold wheels as my 'sensible' daily...but I still take the GTA because I can't drive it enough at the moment

Now that's a sleeper! How did you get that power out of it? I expect it's no longer normally aspirated
Thanks, it's actually a left hand drive model which was originally sold in Italy before they turned it into the Turbo America or the Evo kitted ones The engine is from standard a 1.8 Turbo, to get the kind of power that she has the following has been done. A T3/T4 hybrid turbo fitted to a custom manifold, the original top mount intercooler but rebuild with brand nee cores plus a little bit of water cooling going on, side exit exhaust with no silencers what so ever and a standalone ECU setup. If I want more power (who doesn't) I can fit a front mount intercooler but then that'll give me some more lag which due to the clever design (at the time), I have very minimal lag
It's still on the original 5 speed gearbox but has been toughened a little bit, plus has a limited slip diff so she goes sideways rather nice...if your too eager with the throttle then she can and will spin those rear tyres in 3rd gear, sometimes 4th if the tyres don't have much heat into them which makes it very interesting
Oh nearly forgot to add, no power steering or ABS so your right foot is the traction control
Plan is that over winter, to have the car fully resprayed in the original black and the interior retrimmed in either a nice dark red or a classy tan colour...maybe a new exhaust made up by Hayward & Scott but that's just so it's nice and shiny to match the wheels.
Driving through Ashford yesterday evening (16 Aug) I saw a group of lads gathered in Dover Place car park on some kind of meet, and amongst the Euro-boxes I caught a glimpse of a Foxbody style Mustang; does it belong to anyone on here? You (or I at least) don't see many of those around these days.

Was gobsmacked, first one I've ever seen in the wild! Assume it's fairly local, the driver wasn't being to shy with their driving!
As you said it was not your pic I chucked it up in the supercar spotted thread, someone was interested in it when I posted the Ongar sighting recently.beautifulbusso said:
That was me, finally been spotted
In case I was wizzing past a bit quick, and for people know what to look for...
This is what she looks like
I've got this as well, running an approximate 350bhp at the rear wheels
I keep meaning to get a PH sticker on that actually
