Especially the men, it looks like they raided the 80s Adidas catalogue hehe

From experience I've found the Eastern Europeans great. They're generally polite, happy to be working and a lot more pleasant than many of the locals.

I only have mental images of the women, particularly the two who moved in next door for a while a few years ago. I first discovered this when I heard voices outside. I peeked through the window to see two hot Eastern European women in tight shorts and bikini tops sudding their car. I couldn't believe my eyes so I had to do a quadruple take.

And they liked taking advantage of our warm summers in their back garden.

They tend to be rather non PC and aghast at how various aspects of our society are skewed. I like that stance.

They don't want to cut my head off or not assimilate. They are not violent generally and respect our values.

Compared to much of the human excreta that Blair et al let in they are in my books ok..

Are there any stats on this.

Why do they have a chip on their shoulder too?
They tend to be very hard working.

What chip? Bear in mind that Europeans are more honest and say what they think - to many Brits this can be rude/offensive..

This seems to be my impression too the rather attractive lady who chops my hair has good banter and the guys who painted my sash windows were quick, clean, efficient, cheaper than other quotes and did a good job.

Around my way in London we have had a lot of young french seem to arrive of late and while obviously well educated do seem to have a bit of chip on their shoulder when serving you your coffee or food but then again it is often like that when you cross the channel for your holidays.

So what's the PH verdict? Do we like the Eastern Europeans now? I can't bloody keep up!

Didn't we hate the poles ten years ago?

The fit Aussie birds in my local have been replaced with fit Eastern European birds.

The Aussie birds were always temporary though.

Well, it seems that the men are all misogynistic racists, while the women are a cross between lap dancers and 1950s housewives, so they would appear to fit the PH demographic perfectly smile

False argument. Most individuals come here to work (because you need money to live)*, but there are entrance requirement for non-EU countries e.g. Australia or India China etc. If we're going to generalise I find Aussies are harder working AND more pleasant to deal with - also the threat of sponsorship removal keeps you on your toes(!) * - Okay you also have dependents (they might be lazy) and asylum seekers (they might be lazy). TBH I get a bit tired of this immigration debate and i'm second-generation immigrant myself. F8ck the EU - that's all I want to say!

Just to add, all my Polish friends are all well-educated hard-working blah blah blah .. but so are my Aussie friends, Chinese friends Indian friends and American friends (<=they are actually serious workaholics).

This always makes me laugh, no bloody wonder when they're on roughly 4-5 times what they would get paid in their own country.

If the "Police and Courts" section in our local paper is to be believed, Eastern European men seem to spend quite a lot of time and energy doing exactly that.
