I do need my car for work like a lot of folks but does the Judge really give a toss about that?
If its only for commuting probably not, but if your a delivery driver/courier or something i.e driving is part of your job, sometimes you can get a larger fine but no banI do need my car for work like a lot of folks but does the Judge really give a toss about that?

I'll take the large fine! I'm a self employed TV Engineer, so ultimately I'd go totally bust with no means of transport to and from sites.
Surely during a financial crisis if they have the power to stop a trader going bust then they would.
Afraid the magistrate will simply say "well you should have thought of that before you got done for 43mph over the limit."Surely during a financial crisis if they have the power to stop a trader going bust then they would.
You'll get banned, I'm afraid.
Turn up in a suit, with a tie, and say you're sorry. But don't drive there.

It's my first powerful car so still calming down I suppose. Sometimes really hard to resist when the smooth tarmac just opens up like that.
