You will look like a berk with that plate spaced that way, it will spoil the look of a very nice car. Put the plate in the bin,

Reads as "i'd like a real personlised plate but i can't afford one."

To answer the question...

I have had several plates which are mis spaced (but the correct font etc) for 10+yrs

I also tend to run motorbike sized plates on the front (as they look better)

I have been stopped for speeding and even then they never mentioned the spacing / size.

So IME there isn't a problem.

BUT you have to be aware it could cost you £60

I've bought EV05 RAS and ideally it'd be nice to have it as EV05RA S. Will I be stopped by every BiB I see or is it pretty minor in terms of spacing?
No but if I get my way and the government create the Bellend Police then you will probably get stopped two or three times a day for your crime

It's a great car. A beautiful car. Why ruin it with a chav plate?

Does the car not already sport an Evora badge? Whilst you're at it get some vinyl printed for some 12" high 'evora s' letters to put down each side, just so people can work out what you are driving, or in case you forget smile

Looks stupid to me. If there was a Ford in the picture with "F13STA" the owner would have the piss taken something rotten - a Lamborghini is no different.

A persons name or something a bit funny is not too bad but that looks like someone is trying to hard.

I remmber seeing "WOW H0T (WOW 110T)" some years back on I think a Dodge Viper & I did like that. If it had said "V11PER" or something else badly spelt it would have just looked daft.

I actually quite like them - I'd like DHB1 for example or the WOW HOT I've seen before - I just personally think cars with a car based number plate (VXR, JAG, BMW etc) just look, well, a bit st. It's not like you can transfer it to another car in the future without it looking even more st either.

Especially one that looks like a dyslexic 5 year old has spelt it.

That's how I feel. Nice ones are pretty cool looking, but altered cheap plates make a car look worse than a normal plate.

biglaugh Despite my rudeness I don't actually mind those plates in their own right. It is when the owner has tried to manipulate letters and number to resemble ones that they aren't that I cringe like a stting dog.
It just makes it look so wannabe
It is the equivalent of wearing a Pradar coat from the market and tippexing out the "r"

My view on this is not only do they look crap if you get a tug for speeding they would almost certainly exercise less discretion..

Or a tug for anything for that matter..
