UPDATE:
Brought car back at direct insurance sale auction, £1800 all in. Originally the insurance wanted £3350 to buy it back but declined. My payout was £5200
My friend at the garage started work, all major suspension and wing damage sorted, waiting for body work and spray, laser alignment then MOT. Should be £700 to get it back on the road which I'm pleased about and extra money in the pocket. I intend to keep the car anyway.
I'll post another update after everything sorted and back on the road.

well, I wouldnt call it a pofit in the long run really. The car will have a cat C marker and this does massively effect the value when you come to sell or trade in - if you can even find someone who wants a cat C.
I would imagine the OP will keep the car and run it into ground, and why not? He knows what the damage was and how it was repaired. Gassing Station | Speed, Plod & the Law | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
