never admit speeding and get them to tell yuo what evidence they have
follow you and timed over 0.3 off a mile
hich take 0.3 mins at 60
ie under 20 seconds
at 120 is 10 seconds
so they have to nab you for 10 seconds
looks like you were lucky
caught me 73 in a 40
let me have fixed penality as i didnt argue
when you know they have you be very polight
remember its just a tax

Two coppers saying you were speeding is enough evidence to take you to court. Two coppers saying you were doing ton plus is enough evidence for you to need alternative forms of transport.
There isn't a great burden of proof in speeding offences due to the relevant weight placed on the evidence given by the prosecution compared with the defendant.
