Top 10 tips if you get pulled over

Come on, we don't need a lesson on how to be cosy with the cops. In this day and age, the cops and the courts need as much revenue as possible.
Tip One - Whilst being pleasant don't be afraid to argue, question them on their methods and tell them why they can't possibly prove something and NEVER admit anything. If they are decent cops, then you've not burnt any bridges.
Tip Two - Know your Road Traffic Law and methods they can use to 'prove' something.
It's worked for me. Twice.

But thinking about it again I thought, "well if the copper has done their job properly they will quite happily explain things to you".
The best advice is be polite when stopped. Not an arrogant, condesending tosser.

Ahh, make that 3.
Member Of the Public.
Ahh. I'll remember the terminology for the future.Member Of the Public.
However from your post surely it applies both ways?
Unless you stand in the, "I pay your wages", side.
So I'll expect nothing but servility from you in the future my good man.
Its nothing to do with being told what to wear, that is obviously your choice once you have met the legal minimum ie a helmet. Its all to do with the image you project and whether or not it is going to effect your wallet. If you look like someone who doesnt give a fk you will get treated that way. The advice is all about increasing your chances of getting off with a bking.
