When all's said and done I made a mistake and I'm man enough to admit it and learn from it. I had decided to do some sort of training off my own back, this just makes sure it actually gets done.

More training is never a bad thing for anyone. There is always something to learn, even sometimes from the most unlikely sources

By the way Liebchen... pop over to Paul's site. In the "Improve" forum .. Ern hosted the Lancs DIS/Speed Aware assessment form for us. This has category of boxes with marks of ONE to FIVE whereby ONE ist excellent und FIVE ist "need a lot of improving"

From the looks of this form, the reports we have from Speed Aware victims und "victims" ... und what IG say of being in charge of one of the DIS courses in past ...you have assessed drive in which you are marked pre-course und instruction.. followed by assessment post classroom theory und then finally in case of DIS ... post all theory und practical instruction.

The form appear designed to show improvements und I think the final one has a different assessor in the final DIS run for objectivity und evaluating course success und teaching too.
