Cheers Rodders. Useful
Note how they claim the KSI is down even though deaths are up. Guess which figure will be reported?
A single year cannot be compared with an average, as you know.
"In 2003, the number of people killed or seriously injured was 22 per cent below the 1994-98 average; the number of children killed or seriously injured seriously injured was 40 per cent below the 1994-98 average; and the slight casualty rate was 17 per cent below the 1994-98 average."

So, as usual, fiddled stats to give some bearing to the lies...
WHAT ABOUT THE 1998-2003 figures then???
Road deaths up 35%!!!!!!!!!
Also here and a quick camera vote...

Hi JMGS4, Is that just a quick guess to use as an example of how they cherry pick stats or have you worked out some stats for those years?
Would be very interesting to compare if you have and forward to the newspapers and local rags.
Cheers, Deeps.
