.........excluding date of offence, add a few days for delivery, assuming you are correctly registered as being the registered keeper - otherwise it's 6 months.

One on his own with some other form of corroboration acceptable to the Magistrate. IaHa had chapter and vers on this the other day.

Alarming includes uncalibrated speedos, bits of string tied to lamposts moving in the breeze, witchcraft etc.

Apart from the last two.

AFAIK there is no need to stop the offending vehicle.

When was the last time a speed camera stopped a speeding vehicle?

A witness statement is all that is required. The witnesses being the two cops.
