According to the box the Bel Euro 550 will pick up the following: 9.41GHz (X-band) 9.9GHz (X-band) 10.525GHz (X-band) 10.600GHz (X-band) 13.45GHz (Ku-band) 24.125GHz (K-band) 24.150GHz (K-band) 34.0GHz (Ka Smal-band) 34.3GHz (Ka Smal-band) 34.7GHz (Ka Smal-band) 33.4 to 36.0 (Ka super wideband) Plus laser at 904 Nanometers Don't know if this answers your question, but the unit does have a country setting for France.

Have a look at this page. http://www.goparts.com.au/radarcompchart.htm I guess it depends on the actual multinova device that you are trying to detect.. I have a Euro 550 and its supposed to be able to detect most bands...
