The officer denies and says it my fault but what should I do as hes constable turned up but didnt say anything to me just spoke to officer.? This all happend at traffic lights I got a witness but they arent talking much due to it involes police.

Your lights were green? Does that mean he went through a red?
You were in the middle lane of what? A three lane road? A three lane dual carriageway? A turning lane?
Police car comes around? From what? Did the police car come from your right hand side? Was he coming from behind and you turned in to his path as he was going past you on the right?
Do you mean his Sergeant turned up and spoke to him?
Witnesses? What did they say at the time? Why do you think they have changed their mind upon talking to the police?

Hello sorry for a bad discription he hit me on the right hand side of my car. I did not turn into hes path at all he come around and didnt see me I was not cutting across lane. I was only going around 30 and the other traffic lights the way police officer come was on red.
Perhaps you can tell us what road/junction you were going through. You state that he came around you and you weren't turning. So from that I assume he has come through a red light on your right hand side and hit you. Is that correct?
If so then the emergency services have to treat red lights as giveways.

I wonder why I bothered paying attention in school. I am fluent in English but I don't have a Porsche or go to business meetings.
The OP also has a clothing business and a RR Sport that people keep throwing mud over and the police keep stopping him in and being rude to him.Oh, and he's clearly a mentalist as well judging by his posting history!

Hello everybody. I found this forum by looking on the internet. I would just like to know something so far last week and other weeks I have been getting pulled over in last 3 weeks. I own/run a designer clothing business so I do a lot of motor way driving the problem is I keep getting pulled over not even for speeding. The police keep pulling me over and asking to see all my details and have a really bad attitude with me. I ask them why they pulled me over I get same response because you look to young to drive that me being 25. I have just had a new personalized number plate along lines of J1 ( not exact but 2 digits.) Its only ever since I have had these new plates put on I keep getting pulled over. I would like to know has anybody else came across this sort of abuse. ?, also what can I do to stop it as its getting really annoying now
Kind Regards

I just want say I am getting really rather pissed off with morons like this using dyslexia as an excuse.
It is insulting to genuine dyslexics and a very predictable way for illiterates or kids who should be in bed by now to try and turn the tables.
You are not a dyslexic. You are a very naughty boy.
