I have been involved in a road traffic accident today, which has seen the side of our brand new Mercedes A Class totally remodelled including the AMG wheels that are on it.
I want your opinions on what the conclusion will be of the insurance companies.
I was driving on a B road in wet weather. A mature gentleman decideded the exit a junction 90 degrees to my left (again he was on a B road) and unfortunately as stated above has managed to damage every panel on my car.
I have spoken to Helphire who have stated they will take on my case as it is not my fault.
Can anyone on here think of any reason to suggest that I could be blamed?
On a more positive note I can report that the new A Class is damn stable and at no point showed any signs of rolling.

Proffesor David Beggs team of halfwits will record it as a speed related incident. Similar thing happened to me years ago. For insurance purposes it the guy pulling onto the major road who is at fault.
