MOD Police jurisdiction

Aimed at John really I''m sure he will know !!! Have you any idea on the MOD Plod''s juristiction on motorways. The reason I ask is I believe they have jurisdiction over civilians within 10 miles of any MOD establishment (that covers most of the UK as it includes all land owned by MOD) But very regulary I see a MOD Astra playing the 73mph spot on gag and creating a tail back on a major motorway that''s often half empty at the time of day. I''m dying to just go bollox and continue my nice little cruise home at a very safe and very progressive 90...... It also doesn''t help that I''m convinced the 2 sour faced jobs worth twats that couldn''t hack it in the real world or even real plod do it for a laugh....whoops thats wrong they wouldn''t know how to laugh. And while we''re on it what about the Transport Plod and Parkies just for referance as they seem to get a kick out of the he he he he I''m in a uniform bit almost as bad as bloody jam sandwich looking private security vans.

Its definitely MoD Police if there was any hint of "green" i wouldn't back off at all and just blast by. I know they have jurisdiction over civilians to a degree but as we are always told motorways are dangerous places and are these tossers trained and qualified to do a stop on a motorway ????
