A load of specs have been put up on the M11 recently, with a 40 mph limit, with about 4 or 5 camera gantrys along the stretch of roadworks.
where / how are they calculating the average speed from?
is it over each individual section or is it across the whole length of the roadworks?
if they are doing it individually then you could lose your licence in the space of 4 miles!!
