Hi. In the absence of a workshop manual, does anyone know the following torque settings?

1) cam belt tensioner
2) crank pulley

How do you lock the flywheel on the K series (when installed to a gearbox in a caterham)?

Anyone got a second hand 'sausage' filter they'd like to get rid off/sell?

found out.

for reference:

1) cambelt tensioner centre bolt: 25 Nm
2) crank pulley bolt: 205 Nm !

Hello ,

I Can not find the tourques for the drive shaft nut and the brake calipers ?

Working always at my seven S3

Couldn't find anything on driveshaft nut torques, but I'd imagine it would be very high torque, i.e. around 200 lb/ft. Other levels below may be helpful.

FRONT UPRIGHTS

The 41mm nut on the end of the driveshaft is indeed 200 lbft.
