Another in Grabber Blue, solid stripes going on in a few days and going to plastidip the 5.0 badges. Pat, so you live around Purlieu?
As it happens, yes Dibden Purlieu, are you local to me then? Don't blame you on the solid stripes, I don't like the faded ones I will replace them later in the year for solid.Polarbert said:
That guards grey colour is fantastic. Kind of reminds of the tvr colour, think it was reflex charcoal. Black but turned green and all sorts under different light.
I wonder why they discontinued it. Too expensive?
It's not an easy colour to capture....but I'm glad I chose itI wonder why they discontinued it. Too expensive?
Had a good drive in mine this weekend, even now that these things are more popular I still had an Audi following me with passengers with their camera phones out, of course I gave them a nice soundtrack, driving past kids on bikes asking for a rev. The car gets positive attention wherever it goes and lots of question such as 0-60, top speed and how much.
Some pictures I took this weekend:
Very happy with where I have got mine, wanted to keep it looking like a car which came out the factory but with added aggression.

Yes I am, Ashurst. My Mum lives in Blackfield and I work in the refinery. Are you at Beaulieu this weekend?Picked mine up on Saturday...shout out to John at Keith Motors for being a pleasure to deal with in the purchase process...
...and then over to Modurstang where another shout out for Mike and the team who quickly and professionally fitted a Borla S-Type cat back with black tips and Steeda progressive springs and spacers plus tightening up the back end with a cradle bush lock out and poly bushes. Great advice and recommendations from Mike on sensible and appropriate modifications.

Can't even start to describe how good the S-type exhaust sounds. And with the suspension mods it is much more planted and less choppy on rural roads.
