Looks like a Lotus Elise, and the Prius is a Hybrid so half electric.

There is also the Chevy Volt/Vauxhall Ampera thing which should be a half electric hybrid but sounds fully electric.

There's the Volt look-a-like, I know for sure, I class that as electric (I don't think it is a hybrid on the game anyway). I saw something which resemble a Tesla, though I wasn't sure if that was electric.
