You can't do much about a DDOS attack.

As for the other downtime, I have a theory that people desperately trying to do stuff like buy games online etc caused problems - I saw several posts during the downtime of "I'm in, but I bought this game and its not downloading" or "I got charged twice" or "I'm creating my account and it times out" and so on.

In all honesty PSN was only down for a little bit longer than XBL, which wasn't working fully until the afternoon on Saturday, PSN came up late Saturday night for al platforms but was available for PS3 earlier.

That was a fun race, and the only time I got to play in the snow due to xmas and those moron's

Is there a place to change the voice settings? I could've been a slamvan instead of a dukes but think I've got everyone turned off. I had a hunt last night but couldn't find it in the settings

Hold down the touchpad, that takes you to the inventory menu, there is an option there to pick who you want to hear (everyone/crew/friends/no-one)
