Any tips on what weapons to use. I'm still using my starting weapon in support that I have a few unlocks for. I have unlocked a few more weapons but have yet to really try them. I was going to try and work my easy through the classes one at a time, but may just mix it up a bit now instead.

Kind of like "how long is a piece of string" as a question.Trial and error my friend. My favourite gun in the game is the m416 (1000+ kills) but jinx can't use it and conversely he loves the pp200 and I just hate it.
The famas is good when you get it apparently though I personally couldn't hit the side of a barn with it.
For me the best combo is fore grip and flash suppressor but again to each their own. Scar h is poular for engineers and so is the m249 for support.
Sorry if that is no too helpful but it really is trial and error to find a gun that suits your gameplay.
Most important of all - DO YOUR JOB. always always repair, heal, resupply and soflam depending on class.
Players fulfilling their roles are game winners. Team work and doing your job makes all the difference in the world . (the points are nice too

Apologies to the PHers, I joined last night and switched teams to be against you as it was 9v5 and we were panning them.
Was good fun though, and that knife Stagpump was hilarious. I think you were going to knife my teammate, I spawned on him and instantly got the knife animation.... great timing!

Precisely right I was chasing your squad mate and you spawned between us. A bit of a cheap shot but considering you were something like 15- 3 up for the night at that point when opportunity knocks.....
Can I ask do you remember when you got me in the upper cabin at E on Damavand peak and if so could you tell me what it looked like.
It is one of those 50/50 situations I'm sure I should have won.
From my perspective I started shooting you in the back before you pulled the trigger. I have had a lot of those and this is the first time I could ask what it looked like from their prospective.

I span round and saw you, then strafed to the left and circled you. I think it was more the strafing made you miss a few and I got a hit on your head so it did more damage. That was an interesting read, and I suspect some of it can be developed into a viable anti-hack. When I used to play CS, spectating someone in first person was a fairly easy way of telling who was cheating, with those kind of stats you could soon tell if somebody is at least using some sort of aim guide.FUBAR said:

I think its the best assault weapon in the game The SMGs you get as Engineers are purely secondary weapons for defending yourself when you're in a fix - drivers and storemen would be issued with the same. Or, they'd be chosen by SF guys depending on the role.
With GPMGs, you are fire support but the game doesn't work in this way (with no tactics or section orders) so they've become assault weapons really.
