Hi all,

Loving the offline gameplay and would love to get into some online races.

Please add me -PSN - DeviousJon

Cheers!
Invite sent. I'm not part of the League though (can't always do Thursdays) but, often racing with friends (very laid back, never taken too seriously) and you'd be very welcome to join in.

Is there any technique to warming the tyres up?

A lap going lock to lock touring car style or a few steady full laps.

I tend to cruise for a lap, by the time you've completed it, they're normally up to temp.

jon got the last permanent slot for league 1 but was looking at opening a second league which runs on saturdays to see how much of the casual/regular guys would prefer that option. I'll add him tonight just in case theres a spot he can pop in

Id happily join a second league if one was setup. However I will happily drop out if it fills up, as I don't want to take the place of someone who isn't in a league.

I'd be up for some online racing as well though I won't sign myself up for tonight yet as I need to be a bit more competent online first! smile

Apologies for not responding to the lobby invite earlier, Egor - I'm having a torrid time trying to get my pad to steer like a car rather than a tank, and that's before attempting to setup the 12C banghead

I'll be the one at the back who forget to put enough Tesco Ultimate unleaded in my motor car and will push it across the finish line...

What are the points scored for position again?

I cant see them on the first post, or am I just blind.

it's, 1st = 16, 2nd = 14, 3rd = 12, 4th = 10, 5th = 8, 6th = 6, 7th = 4, 8th = 2 and this is for each class theres also an extra point for whoever is quickest in quali for each class aswell

I think I'll give this season a miss - the game has some bugs, and it's not quite as clean as the GT5 days. Good fun briefly though, thank you to Colin for arranging the championship at least.

Thanks Colin enjoyed tonight - sorry for anyone I made contact with, tried to let everyone back past and race cleanly. What was up with the McLaren at the start of race 1 jumping the start?

Good fun tonight. Cheers for arranging it.
Sorry if I got in anyone's way, I always tried to move off the racing line on to the side of the track, sometime I was trying to keep someone behind me or they'd nip through as well smile cheeky lol.
In GT4 class, were still racing on lap 18 when you guys in GT3 have done 19 laps and cruising round.

If it's Thursday's can you add me to the full season list , not casual pls
