The question has already been asked by other concerned parties (you know who you are), and I'm expecting it to finish after 2-3 hours (so 6:30pm at the latest).

Only needed to know which side of midnight to expect the wanderers to return

No chance

And considering your "I'm just popping downstairs to deliver this, put on the dinner and I'll be back in 5" and I had to find out where you were after an hour...can you blame me

That's good news! Ian, the details are all in this thread somewhere. But for your convenience:

Cost is £47.50 which is normally paid up front. You can email me and I'll send you my bank details or if that's a hassle you can pay me cash on the day.

Where: GPKarting in Northampton. Maps on their website.
When: 3:30pm, Saturday 12th of August (but be there before 3pm else they won't let you in)
What: "GP75" - A short practice, followed by a 40 lap race. Break for a few minutes, then a 35 lap race in reverse finishing order. T-Shirts for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Adam

Sorry for the delay in replying.

I'll bring the cash along on Saturday, I'll make sure I'm there a bit before 3PM.

The dilemma now is which car to travel down in, the economical, comfortable Celica, or the Evo

Evo, please..

And we are lunching at 1pm, if you wanted to get down early and missed it.

Diverrrrrrr! Where's the best place for food?? We are relying on your reccommendation!

Dave.

Well I'll be coming up in the Tiv, but driving after being in a kart can be a bit... interesting. Or do I mean scary? You have a tendancy to make exaggerated movements with the arms/feet for the first few miles.

Fancy giving me a lift back

My previous choice of roads can only be branded as 'inappropriate'

cheap or expensive?
cheap places
'2 for 1' place up the road at sixfields, along with pizza hut, bella italia, frankie bennies etc
expensive places
brampton halt pub-chapel brampton- nice 10 minute drive out into the country, swan at lamport again 10 min drive out- probly a bit posh for the likes of pwiggy though

I woul dprefer non chain niceish restaurant type pub food for 10 - 12 quid for a main course personally (am sometimes a bit of a food snob )

don't mind too much though, am easy depending on what others want!

edit: thanks for the advice mxdi
