I don't like the idea of turning the visual mods into the 'not counted' part. The way I see it, when the Top Gear boys get their cars, they don't go over budget to stick extra things on until halfway through the adventure when they sufficiently go and ruin it. x3 Plus, it kind of spoils the level playing field of $20k and no more for the challenge rather than people who can afford super high end rims, lime green paints, neon jobs...
Maybe I can come up with a similar challenge for SUVs at some other time where the limits are off for taste, but this one, since it's for shed-like repmobiles, I want to keep it simple, and yes, keep the prices down, so the cheap paints... who can do the best with those? I think that's an interesting challenge. And yes, if you post a picture I'm going to try and rate it, so it pays to look good as well as run well.
Not going to ban Off-road tyres, but they will look sufficiently stupid if you put them on something like a Washington, so that'll deduct points.
And considering how much punishment that MP cars can take before finally giving up the ghost, we might be doing it a lot! I have a couple of special ideas including a cleaned up version of that race around the Sandy Shores airfield we did last time, a fetch quest against everyone else, some traditional banger rally bashing and car curling to name a few! So that shouldn't be a bad to test the cars to destruction.

Since people are complaining a little about the prices of the cars and the like, I'm going to raise the bar to $22k, but like I said, this must require a respray of some sort. Must still be a sedan, of course.

I'm sadly going out on saturday. So i will be at a mate's getting very drunk, eating Chipshop munchie boxes and laughing at my yes voting mates. So i shall miss it.

I have seen them spawn alot more recently. Give me a shout when you are on and I'll drive mine around and see if one will appear.

They normally spawn by the tube station/carpark up past the los santos garage, heading to the posh appartments.
