He was fine. He hit his chest in the wheel so as a precaution they cut him out but was released on sat night, believe it was mainly shock, bumps and bruises but nothing more.
The more I see or hear the more I know how lucky I was!
Mrs has moved my ps3 to living room so if I'm a bit more comfortable by next week I might jump in using the controller - she was intrigued to watch a round especially after mrs flip's comments

Cheers viper. I've thought about just a track bike but if there's one at home the temptation to ride it would be there and it's just not worth it anymore. Brother in law said I can use the quad on the farm anytime I like. Going to use the insurance money and what every I get for the other bike to buy a 4 wheel toy, still fancy an e46 m3!

Sorry not been around, had a bad week. Might need another op - hip looks infected but drs will make decision in the next 2 weeks.
Flip I think as I'm not kicking people's arse each week you are right.
I have a few other ideas that I've not mentioned as I thought the current was working. Just on the way out but ill post something up a bit later for you to mull over

One of my thoughts for a change to the format is:
Everyone gives me 4 cars and 4 tracks. These go into a hat and I will pick one of each, each week.
The picks will have your name on them so that person can give us the full spec (state of tune tyres etc). I could even draw a dew weeks ahead which would allow Anyone missing a car to get one.
Then instead of quali we have a 6 lap mini sprint race (6 laps based of a 2.4 mile track) it would be as close to 15 miles (or one lap at the ring) for this. Half points for this race. No pit stop, run on the fast tyre. Grid for this will be random (if poss).
2nd race would be the feature race - race distance would increase to 80 miles with 1 pit required.
3rd race would be sprint of 45 miles - no pit required but run on the slower tyre and reverse grid of the feature results.
