No hurry or anything but you NEED to pay up by Saturday, as I'm off to the States for a week (or two)...

Thanks to those who have already sent the money.

Yes please Xiphias/Pwig - drop me an email through PH and I'll send you details and then add you to my little list.

Of the 10 names I have as wanting to come, I'm still waiting for an email from Neil and Castex. Please let me know if you're still intending to join us else we'll have to look for more people...

I'll be making the booking tomorrow

evening. Apologies for not replying sooner...

I'll have to give this one a miss, it's 230 miles from my house and I don't have the cash for fuel, carting and hotel. Sorry.

We're on!

GP Karting in Northampton on Saturday 12th of August at 3:30pm. It will be a GP75, which consists of 10 minutes practice, followed by a 40 lap race. Then reverse the grid and do another 35 lap race. Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Confirmed names, in no particular order:

Rebelstar (Adam)
Diver944 (Paul)
UncleDave (Dave)
Neil_Cardiff (Neil)
UK952 (Tony)
AJLintern (Andy)
D_Mike (Mike!)
Pwig (Johnny?)
Xiphias (???)

That's 9 ... if I've missed someone, please post else I'll check my master list when I get home. In the event we really do only have 9 people we should look for one more.

Great news Adam - I'm really looking forward to this, I haven't been in a kart for years.

Someone once told me that personal weight makes a big difference because the karts are so light anyway. I'm 10 stone 7, so does that put me mid pack or top of the skinny lightweight league?
