How do you mean realistic? In terms of damage/pit stops etc?

In terms of handling Forza 3 is pretty good, I'm sensing F1 2010 won't be as good, sadly.

forza 3 is not taht realistic.

i mean realistic in terms of the physics. things like the tyre modeling, the aerodynamics, etc. etc. etc.

RacePro was pretty decent for realistic handling, yet nobody bothers with that any more. It's all about getting a decent all round package, too much focus on visuals/physics is going to mean another area will suffer, and the game will not be as big a success as it could be.
