Tried online play earlier, and the only hoppers I saw were a C class with no collisions, for beginners,a D and A clss,a drift,a drag and a Tag one. But couldn't get into any. So hopefully the lack of decent mulytttiplayer is down to day one glitches, but if that is all there is then they have really fked up multiplayer
Liking the game so far only real glitch I've come across is the turbo upgrades on the BTCC Audi S3 seem to drop the power and PI - not that I'm complaining, as it drops it down into A class, where it's rather good for twisty tracks!
If anyone's hanging around in the drift lobbies, my gamertag is Mattyvole.

I think it drives really well, the handling seems to be even better than previous games.
Anybody "won" anything decen yet?
I've won a fiesta St, Lexus IS? And a lotus formula 1 car so far.
Veyron and a million dollars on first 2 spins. Crap since then. Anybody "won" anything decen yet?

I find the cars a lot more loose on the tracks. Rear wheel drive especially.
One thing I am noticing is there is not a lot of penalty for off track antics except a dirty time and online with collisions is a joke at the moment. The amount of idiots encountered last night was crazy.

How much better than Forza 5 is it?
4 was amazing and still played today. Didn't rate 5 at all and how 6 is a return to form.
Bump.Anyone?4 was amazing and still played today. Didn't rate 5 at all and how 6 is a return to form.
Even with the pad (and on a TINY 50" telly ; ) the cars felt very much like a sim should. The RX7 I drove was a devil to drive fast, very unforgiving to the point that it wasnt even fun; so it's quite far from an arcade racer, and that's what I enjoy. And the graphics are lovely.
That said, whilst I've not seen the rain effects yet they'll have to go some way to beat Project Cars. And they're not dynamic!!! In PC you could find a drying line, or watch the sun rise through the morning mist. Took me right back to endure racing go-karts or tooling around on a wet track day. F6 has missed a trick by not implementing dynamic weather and time.

If you can get Project Cars on the cheap, well worth a look.

Don't forget that the only people playing it are the ones that paid loads for the ultimate edition, most people will probably just get the normal version.Janesy B said:
